Return & Refund Policy
Since our products are food items, we do not accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.
Refunds or replacements will be offered only under the following circumstances:
You received a wrong item.
The product was damaged in transit.
The product has expired upon arrival.
Conditions:
You must raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery with order details and photos.
Our team will verify and approve refunds/replacements on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Note: We do not entertain refunds for change of mind or taste preferences.
