At Olithu, every sweet and savoury is made fresh, by hand, and with care. We hope you love every bite — but we want to set clear expectations about returns and exchanges.
🚫 Returns
Due to the nature of our products — fresh, handmade, preservative-free food items — we unfortunately cannot accept returns once your order has been delivered. This is to ensure food safety and hygiene for all our customers.
🔄 Exchanges / replacements
If your order arrives:
✅ Damaged during transit
✅ Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at team@olithu.com.
👉 Include your order ID, a brief description of the issue, and photos if possible.
We’ll review and do our best to offer:
A replacement where feasible
Or a refund (at our discretion)
📝 Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasn’t already entered preparation. After this, we may be unable to cancel as items are made fresh to order.
🚚 Delivery issues
If a delivery delay occurs due to our logistics partner beyond a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at team@olithu.com — we will assist in tracking or resolving the issue.
