π« Returns
Due to the nature of our products β fresh, handmade, preservative-free food items β we unfortunately cannot accept returns once your order has been delivered. This is to ensure food safety and hygiene for all our customers.
π Exchanges / replacements
If your order arrives:

π Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it hasnβt already entered preparation. After this, we may be unable to cancel as items are made fresh to order.
π Delivery issues
If a delivery delay occurs due to our logistics partner beyond a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at team@olithu.com β we will assist in tracking or resolving the issue.
